What to include

Your account email, which Salesforce org is connected (My Domain URL), and what you expected vs. what happened.

Connection issues?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Settings. If it persists, email us with your org's My Domain URL.

Common questions

My report didn't arrive — what should I check?
Check your spam folder first. Reports are sent from reports@getspendready.com. If it's not there, log in and check if your connection is active under Settings.
How do I disconnect my Salesforce org?
Go to Settings → Connected Orgs → Disconnect. This immediately revokes SpendReady's access token in Salesforce.
Can I add more email recipients to my report?
Yes — go to Schedule → your connected org → Additional recipients. You can add up to 5 additional emails per org (any tier). The account owner's email always receives the report.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time. If you run into trouble, email support@getspendready.com and we'll help within one business day. No long-term contracts.
