Do I need to install anything in Salesforce?
No. SpendReady connects via Salesforce's standard OAuth 2.0 — the same mechanism as any approved third-party app. No AppExchange install, no Apex code, nothing added to your org.
What data do you access?
Read-only access to: User, UserLicense, LoginHistory, PermissionSetLicenseAssign, and PermissionSetLicense objects. We never read Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, or any CRM data.
Can I share the PDF with people who don't have Salesforce logins?
Yes — that's the whole point. The PDF is designed to be forwarded to your CFO, VP Finance, or Procurement team. No Salesforce access required to read it.
Why does the Monitoring tier stay under $5K/year?
